Daily Study More opening preparation today. Looking at the classical Caro-Kann. Below is an example of an interesting line. The game ends in a draw (I am assuming by agreement), but as you can see even though the position is objectively equal both sides need to play precise chess and complications could easily arise for either side if not careful.

Daily Study Due to it being the start of the weekend I thought I would play a few extra blitz games. I lost ten in a row! How insane is that? The thing that I found most interesting was that I didn’t get annoyed or frustrated. It was actually funny how many times I lost and I was able to have a good laugh about it. I think I was probably just tired, as there were quite a few blunders.

Daily Study Today I continued to work on the Caro-Kann opening. I have been slowly looking over various lines and gathering master games that I can go through to highlight and revise key concepts.

Daily Study Every so often I play a few games of bullet chess (this really can’t be classified as daily study) and I am hopeless at it.
I make blunder after blunder and sometimes you I find myself in funny situations. The following game is an example of just that.
