Blitz Game
This was a fun Sicilian Defense game. On move 3 my opponent played b3 which I rarely see and we entered into a closed Sicilian. I gain a slight advantage when my opponent castles queenside and manage to press for a nice win.

In this game I manage to frustrate my opponent by not allowing castling. When castling is accomplished my pieces are active and work together to attack, taking advantage of the weaknesses in the my opponent’s position. The checkmate at the end is a classic mating pattern with bishop and rook.
What a ride this game was! I give my opponent a mate in 1 chance and then turn the tables to win the game.
Well the following game was a shocker on a number of levels. I had an accuracy rating of 40% as did my opponent and I made a huge opening misstep, yet somehow I managed to win the game?! Lots to take away from this game though as I continue to grow and develop my chess skills.
